The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone who gets their medical care through the HUSKY Health plan operated by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.

What dental services are available for my uninsured clients who do not qualify for CTDHP?
There are limited safety-net dental services available for the uninsured. Go to the Community Partners sub-section by clicking in the menu on the left. There you will find lists of safety net facilities. You can also call us at 1-855-CT-DENTAL, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Each facility sets its own procedures regarding free or low cost oral health care. Contact the facility for details.
