The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone who gets their medical care through the HUSKY Health plan operated by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.

What is the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership?
The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone in the HUSKY Health program. It is a publicly funded part of the Connecticut Department of Social Services Medical Assistance Program. CTDHP covers people on
  • HUSKY A (traditional Medicaid for children and caregivers)
  • HUSKY B (Children's Health Insurance Plan)
  • HUSKY C (traditional Medicaid for the Aged, Blind and Disabled, Title XIX Fee-for-Service)
  • HUSKY D (Medicaid for Low Income Adults (M-LIA), formerly SAGA).
