The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone who gets their medical care through the HUSKY Health plan operated by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.

How does someone enroll in the CTDHP?

How can someone access dental care through CTDHP?
You can access services if you are currently enrolled in
  • HUSKY A (traditional Medicaid for children and caregivers)
  • HUSKY B (Children's Health Insurance Plan)
  • HUSKY C (traditional Medicaid for the Aged, Blind and Disabled, Title XIX Fee-for-Service) or
  • HUSKY D (Medicaid for Low Income Adults (M-LIA), formerly SAGA).
Show your grey Connect card and your photo ID at any participating dental office in Connecticut. To find out which offices are participating with the CTDHP you can call us at 1-855-CT-DENTAL.

The friendly client service representatives at the CTDHP can assist you with:
  • Locating a participating dentist
  • Locating dental specialty services
  • Arranging appointments for multiple family members
  • Arranging for transportation
  • Locating an office that has ADA accommodations and wheelchair accessibility
  • Special needs services your or your child may require.
