The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone who gets their medical care through the HUSKY Health plan operated by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.

Please call our call center at 1-855-CT-DENTAL, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our friendly, trained Client Service Representatives (CSR) should be able to help you.

If you and your client need additional help, our CSR's can refer you to one of our Dental Health Care Specialists (DHCS) who provide care coordination and case management.

What dental services are available for my uninsured clients who do not qualify for CTDHP?
