The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP) is the dental plan for everyone who gets their medical care through the HUSKY Health plan operated by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.

Call the CTDHP at 1-855-CT-DENTAL and tell us. We can help your dentist get enrolled or help you find another nearby provider that takes CTDHP.
