What is the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership?
How does someone enroll in the CTDHP?
You can access dental services through the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership by enrolling in one of Connecticut's Medical Assistance Programs, HUSKY A (traditional Medicaid for children and caregivers), HUSKY B (Children's Health Insurance Plan), HUSKY C (traditional Medicaid for the Aged, Blind and Disabled, Title XIX Fee-for-Service) or HUSKY D (Medicaid for Low Income Adults (M-LIA), formerly SAGA).
For more information on enrollment, please contact HUSKY enrollment at 1-800-656-6684 or visit their website at www.huskyhealth.com.
If you are already in HUSKY A, HUSKY B, HUSKY c or HUSKY D, then you can access dental services now! Call the CTDHP at 1-855-CT-DENTAL and we can help you find a dentist that takes the CTDHP.
Please Note: there are no dental benefits for members of the Charter Oak Plan.
