The CTDHP covers the following at no charge (small co-pays may apply to HUSKY B recipients) when you see a participating dentist:

• Oral exams
• Cleanings
• X-Rays
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Partial and full dentures
• Root canals
• Crowns
• Oral surgery
• Orthodontic Services (Under 21 only/Prior Authorization Required - must qualify)

Covered services at participating dentists are provided at no cost to CTDHP clients. You may have to pay for services if the service is provided by a dentist that does not participate in the CTDHP network or if you willingly sign a detailed consent form agreeing to pay for services not covered under the CTDHP plan.
