The state of Connecticut's publicly funded dental health care programs: HUSKY A, HUSKY B, Medicaid (Title XIX Fee-for-Service) and SAGA, are overseen by the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP). CTDHP administers the dental benefits for the Department of Social Services (DSS) healthcare programs which cover more than 400,000 residents in Connecticut.
